I’ll be in Bacolod City together with my 2 photography friends. I’m so excited to travel! We’re all booked at Cebu Pacific and will be in the City of Smiles for a week (October 17-23, 2013). I’ll keep this travel guide so that we’ll maximize our time during the Masskara Festival 2013.
I’m also excited to see my blogger friend Bryan again. Who else is attending the Masskara Festival? Perhaps we could meet and have a nice conversation.
