Plus One means two things – the 90s boy band who’s responsible for the hit song “Last Flight Out” and someone that accompanies you in movie screenings sponsored by Nuffnang Philippines.
“Last Flight Out” is the most famous song of boy band Plus One. It’s from their album “The Promise”.
Nuffnang Philippines is the leading blog advertising company in the country. They are known for giving away prizes, like movie tickets, to bloggers and their Plus Ones (two tickets in total).
Sef was my Plus One before. He accompanied me to some of the Nuffnang movie screenings. Lately he’s been very busy with his job at the publication. Thus, I usually end up watching the movie alone with an empty seat beside me.
“So Undercover” was the latest movie that I watched without a Plus One.
Last Thursday, I was at Cinema 1, Shangri-La EDSA and watched “So Undercover” starring Miley Cyrus. It was the latest movie screening sponsored by Nuffnang Philippines and Adidas NEO. They also setup a photo-booth and it made me green with envy when I saw all those couples taking their wacky pictures. I hate having a solo picture so I badly need a new Plus One.
So, I’m calling out to all single gay guys out there to be my new Plus One. I prefer someone who’s from Pasig or Mandaluyong City since most movie screenings is done at Shangri-La EDSA mall. Sometimes, the venue could be at Rockwell Power Plant mall or at Resorts World Manila.
Be my new Plus One!
My new Plus One should be a movie buff as well and should be free mostly at night between 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Thursday or Friday (the usual days of these screenings). It would be an added bonus for me if my new Plus One loves popcorn.
