Allow me to do my humble share in promoting camaraderie among call center agents. I hope this is not too late since the event is already scheduled for tomorrow, October 23, 2011, 6:00 PM.
I am referring to the annual Contact Center Icons where the finest singers and dancers from the country’s numerous call centers would compete for the title ICONS. This year’s competition will be held at the SMDC Grand Showroom near SM Mall of Asia.
The Contact Center Icons 2011 is organized by the Human Resource Contact Centers (HRCC) and the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) where most call centers in the country are affiliated.
The two main categories are the Voice and Moves. Our very own Ryan Asa Domagas would represent my current call center in the Voice category. Good luck to you! Make us proud.
Tickets are available at the venue for P350.
